Return Policy

Customized items cannot be returned.
Non-customized items can be returned, but the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
We will issue a refund once we receive the returned item.
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order, as long as the item has not yet been shipped.
